打算去荷蘭打工度假或者是要去荷蘭唸書的人，或者是像我一樣，申請了一年的找工作簽證，都必須要申請一個「短暫入境簽證」MVV，這一篇分享申請流程及注意事項。
1. 上網預約交件時間
收到IND的確認信，通知你的簽證審核通過，可以去辦事處申請MVV時，就可以線上預約交件時間，要注意的是簽證處受理簽證申請時間只有每週一到三的上午（9am-11am)，申請這個簽證要選的是「MVV- visa for long stay(>90days)」。預約好時間後，可以到自己的信箱去收一下確認信，會有預約的時間，也會附帶檔案告訴你申請的注意事項喔！

可參考由荷蘭簽證中心提供的中文範本，寫得非常清楚喔！
4. 至簽證中心交件
跟櫃台人員說你是要來申請MVV簽證，他可能會詢問你跟多問題，例如：你是幾月幾號來申請的？是什麼樣的簽證？還會再次確認你要入境的時間，然後跟你確認MVV的issue date，這邊沒有確切日期也沒有關係，因為MVV的簽證給的也是三個月的時間，只要在這三個月的時間內入境即可。Ex: MVV issued date is 7th Feb, the expired date is 7th May. 然後他就會把你護照收走，並且給你一張快遞寄送單，要你填寫自己的住家地址。然後他就會把你的護照收走，等到護照貼上貼紙後就會直接寄給你了，寄送的運費要由自己付。
5.拿到護照 ( MVV-TEV sticker)
大概過了三天，我就在家裡拿到護照了，上面會貼上荷蘭簽證的貼紙，這樣就代表可以入境了。還有兩件事要提醒一下，一件就是IND在寄信通知你可以去辦理MVV簽證的時候，也會詢問申請人，想要從什麼時候開始為期一年的orienation visa，是想從入境的時候開始算還是從拿到MVV Visa的時候開始寄送，因為他們需要時間去核發居留證，所以要記得回覆他們想要開始的日期。
入境荷蘭
在所有申請資料都有提到，到了荷蘭拿取居留證必須要有英文版的出生證明，所以可以在繳交出申請等待的時間，開始著手準備出生證明哦。（英文版的出生證明怎麼申請？）
這次因為疫情，不僅是出發時間延後，原來的簽證有效日期也過了，不過荷蘭有許多應變措施，可以參考荷蘭簽證及入境的等更動事宜，包含過期的MVV簽證只要在九十天內都可以免費重新核發。明天我就要去繳件了，祝福我這次的重新核發可以順利啦！

Ａ：我當初去申請ＭＶＶ貼紙的時候，什麼文件都沒準備唷！因為MVV申請表已經在荷蘭簽證中心了，我只有把IND寄給我的confirmation email印出來，但其實他們也查得到你是不是審核通過了。所以我只帶著護照，然後他會問你要做什麼，你是申請哪個簽證(orientation visa，IND審核過了，要來申請MVV）哪一天來申請的？你的V-Number。然後他會問你什麼時候要入境（最近一次的經驗是，我的MVV開始生效日就是我去申請貼紙的當天，所以三個月內要入境，但最近疫情有影響政策，如果有疑慮，可以問問他們唷！）等你去申請時，他就會把你的護照收走，然後要你填一張郵局快遞的單子（你家地址），他貼完貼紙後就會寄給你（大概3-5天會到，可能會更快），然後到你家要付快遞費（大概100左右的錢吧!）
（有關英文出生證明，我事先準備，要等著入境用的。英文戶籍謄本、良民證我也都有申請，但是都是預備留著要入境的）

You can make a new appointment as soon as the embassy or consulate reopens. At the appointment you will have to explain that you could not travel with your mvv because of the measures. The embassy or consulate will then reissue your mvv. You have to do this within 3 months after your current mvv expires.
